Job Description

To provide excellent customer service experience to homeowner.

Maintain proper record of complaints, applications, defects or any written inquiries and to be stored digitally or physically.

Handle and monitor customer complaints regarding defects progress.

Delivery of Vacant Possession and handling over property to purchaser.

Work closely with related departments on delivery of VP and defects management.

To prepare weekly/monthly reports on defects rectification progress.

To engage and monitor 3rd party contractors start from quotation until approval process.

To liaise with Authorities regarding permit, licensing, bills and other.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Property/Project Management or any related discipline.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Required skills: Good customer service delivery, dynamic personality with initiative, problem solving capabilities, details oriented, high maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic technical knowledge and have experience in building or house defects management.

Must possess own transport and license.

Applicant must be willing to work in Permas Jaya and any other location.
