A manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Officer to serve as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, coordinating with various departments for timely delivery, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have a Degree or Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers' product inquiries, orders and complaints
Handle RFQ for new & existing customer
Prepare costing, quotation and monthly sales forecast
Program coordination with customers, such as sample submission, program arrangement, follow up mass production
Support quality control feedback loops by relaying customer issues to appropriate departments
Meeting with customers regularly to discuss the progress, follow up and resolve issue arise
Coordinate with planner, production and logistic to ensure timely delivery of shipment
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Prepare ERP documentation control like PR, SO etc
Perform other job assigned as needed from time to time
Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 2 years' manufacturing experience in Sales Administration
Outgoing & independent personality with right work attitude
Good interpersonal & communications skills
Possess problem-solving, relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft office application
