Job summary
A leading plantation company in Malaysia is seeking an HR Assistant Manager responsible for managing daily HR operations and achieving target plans. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with government bodies and immigration protocols is essential, along with a strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Willingness to travel and multitask is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as HR Assistant Manager.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with recruitment process and Immigration protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall daily Human Resources operations.
- Ensure targeted output and plans are achieved.
- Maintain good relations with Government bodies.
