Job description

MINIMUM EDUCATION: DIPLOMA OR CERTIFICATE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

WORKING HOURS: ROTATIONAL SHIFT

5 WORKING DAYS, 2 DAYS OFF (ROTATIONAL)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations from the Central Control Room (CCR) according to standard procedures to ensure a continuous and uninterrupted chilled water supply and smooth functioning of all equipment.
• Maintain and update operational records and ensure proper shift handover with clear information on equipment status, maintenance activities, and any issues to avoid miscommunication.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving any site or system issues when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or the company from time to time.
• Troubleshoot and investigate equipment or system failures by identifying the root cause, assessing repair options, and performing initial rectification when possible.
• Escalate complex issues and propose long-term solutions by submitting timely breakdown or incident reports as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical engineering or ST electrical competent person (minimum AO chargeman) or any equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in District Cooling Plant operation and/or Factory/Plant Maintenance and/or facilities management.
• Diploma or Certificate in Airconditioning System, Mechanical or any equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in District Cooling Plant operation and/or Factory/Plant Maintenance and/or facilities management.
