We are seeking a Lead Researcher with a strong background in blockchain and cryptocurrency to spearhead in-depth research and analysis on digital assets, decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain protocols, and emerging industry trends. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Bjak’s strategy, influencing product development, and ensuring that our offerings align with the latest advancements in the crypto space.

• Conduct comprehensive research on blockchain technologies, market trends, and their impact on financial services.

• Monitor and analyze key industry developments, producing timely reports on emerging opportunities and risks.

• Proven experience in blockchain research, with a track record of high-quality publications or reports.
• Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and distributed ledger technologies.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
