The Role

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be the face and voice of BTW Media, building meaningful relationships with the companies and people driving the tech industry. This role is perfect for proactive, personable, and outgoing personalities who thrive on communication and collaboration. You’ll engage with industry leaders, attend events, and contribute to our community of innovators. Experience in tech or content creation is not required—we provide fast-track content production training to ensure you have the tools to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and nurture relationships with key companies and individuals in the tech and internet sectors.
• Attend industry events, virtually or in person, to represent BTW Media and engage with the tech community.
• Write and upload content insights, news, features and interviews helping to shape stories that matter.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the content aligns with industry trends and community needs.
• Be an ambassador for BTW Media, helping to grow our platform and extend our reach within the industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, personable, and proactive personalities who enjoy networking and connecting with new people.
• Fast learners who are eager to develop new skills, especially in media and technology.
• Languages required: Mandarin (Mandatory) and English (Required). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent BTW Media with confidence and professionalism.
• Our ideal person is in their early or mid-20s, and keen to learn how to use content and articles to develop business relationships.
