The candidate will support V-EMCC operations and handle urgent requests, requiring minimum SPM qualification and 1-3 years of experience in customer service within healthcare. Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities are essential. The role involves collaboration with over 300 hospitals across the region, contributing to the quality of healthcare support services.
