A leading hospitality startup is seeking 3 Relationship Managers based in Kedah, Malaysia. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in operations and key accounts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves monitoring property performance and acting as a point of contact for hotel owners. The company values self-motivation and ethical behavior among its team.
Qualificações
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations and key accounts handling.
- Must be Malaysian citizen residing in North Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure all bookings are converted to check-ins.
- Manage owner problems and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor property revenue and performance.

- Making sure all the booking converted to check in.
- Managing and ensuring all owner problems solved.
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with respective functions in order to increase the revenue.
- Act as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations.
- Monitoring property revenue and performance.
- Looking to work for a hyper-growth and technology-led business that is transforming the hospitality industry.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations and key accounts handling.
- Analytical skills.
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalation.
- Demonstrate high ethical values.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment.
