A leading firm in Malaysia is seeking an Associate for Customer Success in their Digital Hub. The role involves liaising between service delivery management and IT services teams to ensure quality delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction and process improvement. Ideal candidates are final semester students or those with relevant IT knowledge. The position is based in Bandar Sunway and offers various benefits, including medical and staff discounts.

Responsabilidades
- Act as liaison between Service Delivery Management and IT services delivery team.
- Coordinate regular review meetings to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure standard service/support processes are adhered to.
- Identify and frame ongoing policy and operational issues.
- Provide fast turn-around time on business opportunities.
- Assist in accounts receivable collection.

As a centre of excellence, Digital Hub provides world‑class support services to most IT projects within the Sunway Group, and delivers value through the standardization, consolidation and optimization of IT resources within the Group.
IT units within Sunway Group that have been consolidated into Digital Hub include Construction, Building Materials, Trading & Manufacturing, Risk Management, Credit Leasing and Corporate Functions such as Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement, amongst others.
Sunway Shared Services Sdn Bhd (603026-A)
- Liaison between Service Delivery Management and IT services delivery team for delivery of IT services to Business.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular review meeting / discussion sessions to drive for continuous improvements in customer satisfaction for IT services delivery and performance.
- Work with IT services delivery team to ensure standard service/support processes are adhered to.
- Coordinate, identify and frame ongoing policy, operation process, guidelines and practice issues within the IT service offering.
- Provide fast turn‑around time on business opportunities & Service Proposals requested by customers.
- Assist in AR collection.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
- Working experience in the related field/knowledge in IT is an added advantage.
