Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Urban Pinnacle Venture team as a Tenant Relation Team Lead (Front Desk) in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As a Tenant Relation Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the daily operations of the tenant relation to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our tenants.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Lead and supervise daily tenant relation operations, ensuring smooth workflow and professional service.
  2. Act as the primary point of escalation for visitor, tenant, or customer issues.
  3. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to member.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  5. Oversee the handling of tenant inquiries, service requests, complaints, and issue resolution.
  6. Work closely with facilities, operations, security, finance, and leasing teams to ensure smooth building operations.
  7. Prepare tenant relations reports, issue logs, and service performance updates for management.
  8. Collect, analyze, and report tenant feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
  9. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  10. Assist finance in tracking payments, billing, or collections if applicable.
  11. Support the development and implementation of SOPs and service processes.
  12. Prepare reports and updates for management on tenant relation and tenant matters.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reporting tools).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
