Join Genting Malaysia Berhad as a Human Resources Executive to support recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance in a leading multinational hospitality company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Onboarding and orienting new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation
  • Administering employee records, benefits, and payroll processing
  • Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programmes
  • Providing HR advisory services to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Managing industrial relations and disciplinary issues raised
About You

The company is looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
