Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and outlet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of two outlets to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and supervise service crew and kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
