Job summary

A leading food and beverage establishment in Penang, Malaysia is looking for an Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of two outlets. This role focuses on ensuring service efficiency, maintaining food quality, and providing excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will lead and train staff, manage costs and inventory, and uphold brand standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a diploma in Hospitality or Business and 2-3 years of managerial experience in F&B.

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of two Myeongdong Topokki outlets. This role ensures smooth service, consistent food quality, excellent customer experience, and adherence to company standards across both outlets. The Outlet Manager also leads, trains, and motivates outlet teams while managing costs, inventory, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of two outlets to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.

Lead and supervise service crew and kitchen staff across both outlets to maintain productivity and teamwork.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety regulations in all outlets.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for both outlets.

Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.

Control costs, reduce wastage, and maximize profitability.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally across both outlets.

Drive sales targets and implement promotional activities.

Prepare consolidated reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for both outlets.

Uphold brand image and create a positive dining experience for customers.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
