Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Security Supervisor to support daily operations and ensure the safety of guests and assets. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Security Management or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in security, preferably in luxury hospitality. Responsibilities include supervising security staff, managing incident responses, and training team members. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of security experience, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Prior supervisory or assistant managerial experience is essential.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Security in managing daily operations.
  • Supervise Security Officers during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure guest and asset safety at all times.
