Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sports, recreation, or hospitality management.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise court activities, schedules, and equipment setup.
• Train and guide court attendants and maintenance crew.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
