What you’ll be doing

Manage the end-to-end sales process for conference bookings, from initial enquiry to contract signing.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Oversee all operational aspects of conference planning and delivery, including venue management, catering, AV and logistics.

Collaborate with the wider marketing and events team to drive promotional activities and maximise attendance.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure all client expectations are exceeded.

Monitor event performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
