Job summary
A local engineering firm based in Johor Bahru is seeking a responsible individual to manage project execution and sales orders. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in the M&E industry. Familiarity with the Klang Valley and Johor area is advantageous. The role also requires attending customer meetings, maintaining good records, and handling ad-hoc requests. A class D driving license and own transport are necessary for this role.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the M&E industry.
- Familiarity with Klang Valley and Johor areas.
- Possession of own transport and class D driving license.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute projects.
- Liaise with customers and in-house departments.
- Maintaining records of claims and variants.
- Attend customer meetings and handle ad-hoc requests.
Skills
Education
Responsible to monitor, follow up and execute project in hand.
To execute sales order through liaising with customers and in-house designers/Engineering Dept.
Responsible for sales order in compliance with technical specifications.
Maintain good record system on claims and variants.
Attend customer meetings.
Handle ad-hoc request and issues as and when required.
Monitor & follow up paper works.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or other similar certification.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in M&E industry with good knowledge at local M&E Contractors.
Fresh graduate is also welcome (training will be provided).
Familiar with the areas in Klang Valley, Selangor & Johor.
Posses own transport and class D driving license.
Able to work late or outstation when required.
