Act as the communication link between project site, office, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, manpower lists, and material usage.
Assist with arranging site meetings, preparing minutes, and updating work schedules.
Handle worker attendance, permit applications, safety documentation, and compliance forms.
Manage correspondence, process claim documents, petty cash, and handle basic office tasks on‑site.
A degree in Administration, Office Management, Construction Management, or related field.
