A financial consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts both in-house and for clients. The candidate should possess a relevant degree and have at least 2 years of experience in accounting. Responsibilities include maintaining records, performing reconciliations, and leading team performance. Proficiency in a computerized accounting system and Microsoft Office is essential. Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor is required.
Ensure proper entries, maintain of record, documentation and filling to support all accounting entries in computerized accounting system.
Manage and handle full set of accounts for in house and client's outsource accounts.
Perform monthly accounting reconciliation.
To lead staff in accounts finalization and ensure smooth workflow in office and able to enhance team performance.
Any other task assigned by superior/management.
Able to work independently.
Willing to travel within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree//Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skills(s): Must be computer literate and have knowledge to handle computerized accounting system and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably working experience in internal audit, external audit or accounting firm
Higher position may awarded to candidates with vast experience and high qualifications.
