Job summary:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new clients to build new business for the company.

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.

They have to be self‑motivated, energetic, and dynamic business development go‑getters to lead and support our business and go‑to‑market efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
  • Developing innovative design concepts and presenting them to clients using 2D/3D visualization tools.
  • Creating detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture recommendations.
  • Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
  • Collaborating closely with client and in‑house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Sales: Contributing towards sales achievement & team's sales goals, sales growth and quality customer service by attending to clients’ enquiry and complain.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with review & rating from client.
  • Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines and management skill.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Weekly report work schedule & progress to top management.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Hungry for Sales.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self‑motivator who can work independently and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • The ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin (is a plus).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Required skills: negotiation, consultation, presentation to individuals and groups, relationship building, strategic prospecting, lead generation, product knowledge, and time management.
  • A keen eye for interiors and design is a huge plus.
  • Applicants MUST possess their own transport.
  • Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
