In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).

As the Solution Engineer, you will serve as the customer-facing advocate for Curlec by Razorpay suite of products, supporting prospects with technical implementation for large enterprises. This role reports to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team at Razorpay. The individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration of Curlec’s platform with merchants, enabling seamless payment solutions.

• Deep understanding of the entire product suite.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of any coding language.
• Responsible for implementation of solutions provided by Curlec Razorpay for key clients.
• Represent Curlec Razorpay from platform integration perspective with prospective merchants.
• Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Curlec by Razorpay and merchants.
• Support the reactive queries and requests raised by merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• Act as a key feedback channel for customer's product requirements and close the loop with the Product team.
• Validate requirements for product customisation requests from clients.

• 2+ years of experience in product-based payments or SaaS platform integrations, implementation, or solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs.
• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and ensure seamless platform integration for enterprise clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Preferably from Fintech background.

• Permanent full-time role based at our office - Kuala Lumpur (Mondays to Fridays)
