Job description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate user needs into seamless, intuitive, and data-driven user experiences
• Design and implement complex interactive components, such as dashboards, dynamic tables, and data visualizations, enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end frontend performance optimization, targeting Lighthouse scores, reducing load time, and improving first-contentful-paint (FCP) and interactive performance
• Build responsive, cross-device interfaces with consistent behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
• Establish and maintain a frontend observability layer (e.g., Sentry, error tracking) to monitor and resolve critical user-facing issues
• Lead the evolution of component-based architecture, drive component library standardization, and improve team velocity and code reuse
• Participate in technology evaluation and decision-making (e.g., React 18, TypeScript, Vite), driving adoption of best-in-class tools and patterns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React.js or Vue 3, and strong familiarity with modern tooling (Vite, Webpack, ESLint, Prettier)
• Understands fundamental concepts of component-based design, state management (useState, useReducer), and data flow
• Familiar with responsive design and mobile-first principles, able to implement layouts that work across devices
• Proficient in RESTful/GraphQL API integration, state management (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Zustand), and handling complex data flows across components
• Demonstrated experience in frontend performance optimization, including bundle size reduction, resource loading strategies, and improving FID, CLS, and TTI
• Hands-on experience with frontend build and deployment pipelines, including CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Vercel, Netlify, Docker)
• Strong learning agility, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, able to quickly adapt to new tasks and deliver under guidance
