YOUR MISSION

As an essential member of the Picasso Lab (UI/UX) team, you will build high-quality, scalable front-end experiences that work flawlessly in production. You will collaborate closely with designers and back-end engineers to deliver responsive, performant, and maintainable interfaces for JurisTech’s web applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI with server-side logic and APIs (REST/JSON).
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Build reusable components, libraries, and front-end architecture patterns for long-term scalability.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability (performance tuning, bundling, rendering).
• Participate in code reviews and uphold front-end best practices (readability, structure, testing where applicable).
• Work with stakeholders and designers to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and deliver within deadlines.
• Support quality assurance by troubleshooting UI issues and improving UI stability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4–5 years of experience as a Front End Developer / Frontend Engineer / Web Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred due to existing stack) and/or React/Vue.
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and modern CSS approaches (Sass/SCSS, utility classes, or component styling).
• Experience with Git (or similar) and standard development workflows (branching, pull requests).
• Familiarity with consuming APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Bonus: experience with jQuery (legacy support), Ionic (hybrid mobile), or building mobile-first web apps.
• Bonus: familiarity with WordPress/CMS front-end customisation.
