Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, basic troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with at least one frontend framework is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Git or version control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining servers, operating systems, and network services.
• Help with user account setup and routine IT support tasks.
• Monitor systems and report issues to senior team members.
• Perform basic system updates, backups, and documentation.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users.
• Make UI changes and updates based on requirements.
• Fix minor bugs and layout issues under guidance.
