The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience, a degree in engineering, and strong technical and communication skills. The role involves attending to service calls, conducting preventive maintenance, and managing customer relationships. An attractive salary package and performance incentives are offered, along with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for repair, service, maintenance and diagnosis of photocopy machines.
- Attend to customers’ service calls.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine check‑ups for customers’ machines.

- Responsible for repair, service, maintenance and diagnosis of photocopy machines

- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
- At least 5 years of experience in photocopier repair and maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree and diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to manage a team, work under pressure and handle new challenges
- Strong technical skills, committed and responsible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience installing and configuring computers and printers
- Ability to work independently and accept direction on assignments
- Own transport and able to start immediately
- Attractive salary package (RM 2,500+)
- Monthly incentive based on performance
Monday to Friday (10:00 am – 7:00 pm)
