We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Buyer Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the buying, planning, and selling of fashion products in line with market trends and brand strategies.
Research fashion trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
Build strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed purchasing decisions and manage inventory levels.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to curate product assortments and promotional strategies.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize margins and minimize risk.
Track inventory and sales trends to uncover growth opportunities and boost efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations to maintain a strategic edge.
Create new SKUs and product names for accurate cataloging and tracking.
Ensure timely supplier payments to support production and delivery schedules.
Monitor overseas shipments, estimate arrivals, and inspect goods for quality and accuracy.
Share reports with departments to support communication and collaboration.
Manage the budget to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid overstock or stockouts.
Generate and assign barcodes for new and restocked items to ensure inventory accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related fields.
Experience as a Product Buyer or similar role in the fashion industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
