Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Tanjong Malim, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Operator to ensure efficient production activities. Key responsibilities include operating machines, conducting quality inspections, assisting in packing, and maintaining workflow continuity. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens, have at least an SPM qualification, and be able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Sebagai Operator Pengeluaran, anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan aktiviti pengeluaran berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien. Tugas anda termasuk mengendalikan mesin, menyokong proses pemasangan, serta memastikan kelancaran aliran kerja. Anda juga akan membantu dalam pembungkusan serta melakukan pemeriksaan kualiti bagi memastikan semua produk memenuhi piawaian syarikat. Sertailah pasukan kami dan bantu menghasilkan produk berkualiti tinggi.
- Operate production machines and ensure smooth daily operations (Mengendalikan mesin pengeluaran dan memastikan operasi harian berjalan lancar)
- Conduct product inspections and quality checks (Melakukan pemeriksaan dan memastikan kualiti produk menepati piawaian)
- Assist in packing, labeling, and loading finished goods (Membantu dalam pembungkusan, pelabelan dan pemuatan barang siap)
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety (Menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan di tempat kerja)
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor (Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh penyelia)
- Malaysian citizen (Warganegara Malaysia)
- Minimum SPM or equivalent (Minimum SPM atau setaraf)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Boleh bertutur dan memahami Bahasa Malaysia serta Bahasa Inggeris)
- Able to work overtime or shifts when required (Boleh bekerja lebih masa atau syif jika diperlukan)
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn (Rajin, bertanggungjawab, dan sanggup belajar)
- Candidates with factory experience are encouraged to apply (Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman kerja di kilang digalakkan memohon)
- Attendance Allowance: RM100/month (Untuk semua staf; kehadiran penuh + tiada lewat/ketidakhadiran)
- Monthly Output Allowance: RM100/month (Untuk semua staf; kehadiran penuh + capai sasaran output + tiada aduan pelanggan)
- GM Recognition Allowance: RM100–RM200/month (Untuk staf terpilih; berdasarkan pencalonan & kelulusan ketua jabatan)
- Night Shift Allowance: RM6/day (Mengikut jadual kerja syif malam)
- Position Allowance: Skill Grades 1–4: RM50 / RM100 / RM150 / RM200 (Mengikut gred kemahiran + kehadiran penuh + memenuhi keperluan kemahiran)
- Overtime allowance (OT)
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
- Annual leave entitlement
- Uniform provided
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided
Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 1.00pm
