Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily / weekly / monthly production schedules based on customer orders and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QA to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor WIP status, identify delays, and take follow-up actions to meet delivery commitments.
• Review material readiness before production and highlight shortages early.
• Ensure production plans meet on‑time delivery (OTD) targets.
• Communicate production changes, priority updates, and urgent requirements to relevant departments.
• Support planning activities during engineering changes (ECN) or product version updates.
• Analyze capacity utilization and propose improvements where needed.
• Generate planning reports and KPI updates for management review.
• Assist in inventory control activities such as cycle count or stock verification when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen).

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of production flow and manufacturing processes.
• Able to use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and planning skills.
