Job summary

A leading edible oils producer seeks a Production Operator in Johor, Malaysia. Responsibilities include assisting supervisors, managing production output, conducting routine checks, and ensuring machine efficiency. Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in chemical or oleochemicals industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor & engineer to run plant and manage production output.
• Carry out routine checks and troubleshoot on all breakdown issues.
• Ensure that all machines operate at the desired efficiency level.
• Observe temperature and steam pressure gauges, flowmeters, valves, etc.
• Record and test samples for conformity according to plant standards.
• Carry out the process of inter-tank transfer of end product or raw materials.
• Maintain machine and plant buildings.

Assist Production Supervisor & engineer to run plant and manage production output

Assist to carry out routine checks, trouble shooting on all breakdown issues. Ensure that all machines operates at the desired efficiency level

Observes temperature and steam pressure gauges, flowmeters, valves and etc, to regulate temperature and flow of material in equipment according to the SOP.

Records and tests samples for conformity according to plant standards at critical control points.

Carry out the process of inter-tank transfer of end product or raw materials

Maintain machine and plant buildings

Requirement :

• 1-2 years experience in chemical or oleochemicals industries
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP & FSSC standard
