We are looking for an Event Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event concepts, themes, and formats that meet organizational needs.
• Plan all details of events including location, logistics, décor, entertainment, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate event schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, such as caterers, AV providers, decorators, and transportation services.
• Manage event budgets by sourcing cost-effective solutions, controlling expenses, and tracking all expenditures to ensure the event stays within budget.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase attendance and engagement for events.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
• Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time to address any unforeseen challenges.
• Prepare post-event reports, including insights on attendance, budget compliance, and overall performance.
• Ensure all events comply with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Handle risk management by having contingency plans in place for emergencies or unexpected situations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve and manage logistics.
• Proficiency with event planning software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of event marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Proactive, outgoing, organized with strong communication and organizational skills.
