Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Senior Executive - Tenant Management is responsible to secure sustainable sales and growth of income for MyTOWN Shopping Centre by ensuring full collection of tenant monthly sales reports, sales analysis, and formulation of improvement plans. To monitor and upkeep all documents and information of the tenants and the necessary correspondence, as well as building long‑term relationships between the Tenant and Landlord.

Responsibilities Of The Job
  • Manage day‑to‑day business relationship with the partners and tenants includes operational issues;
  • Acts as first contact support for the shopping Centre to achieve prompt response on tenants’ enquiries, feedback & complaints, and escalate it to other related departments for resolution;
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive and updated Tenants’ database and filing system for all tenants (ie. Sales information, licences, insurances, agreement and other correspondences);
  • Responsible for the collection and system update of Tenant monthly sales report (average submission rate: 95%) and yearly audited sales report;
  • Monitor the tenant sales to ensure achieving the budgeted forecast sales;
  • Perform tenant sales performance analysis & report and to provide valuable insights to the Centre Management Team and Service Office;
  • Transform the analysis (sales data) into marketing strategy and to improve the business;
  • Collaborate with other departments for improvement of tenant sales as and when necessary;
  • Draft memo, circular and approval letter related to tenants for the department;
  • Support Operations in the event tenant is not adhering to mall’s House Rules, Agreement and other required manuals in the way of recommending approach towards tenants;
  • Assist in organizing tenant briefing, tenant meeting, tenant training and tenant engagement events.
  • Any other ad‑hoc assignment assigned by the Management
Qualifications
  • Certificate or Advance/ Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in Shopping Centre Management / Leasing / Tenant Coordination.

Knowledge
  • 2‑3 years of experience in Leasing Administration within a shopping centre environment;
  • Strong communication, presentation and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of Property Management or Tenancy agreements;
  • Basic understanding of operations and technical systems related to tenants;
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationship with tenants and partners;
  • Ability to perform job duties with attention to detail, speed and efficiency;
  • Ability to manage task simultaneously, prioritize tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery;
  • Capable to prepare and coordinate all leasing related materials for the events and conference participation relates to the shopping centre;
  • Effective and eloquent communicator and possess good verbal and written proficiency in English and a second language ie. Chinese and /or Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Proficient with MS Office and other office applications.
