Qualifications

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of employees and excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to strategize and execute in a timely manner without compromising on quality of deliverable.
• Microsoft Office, Presentation skills, Communication skills, Planning and organization skills.
• Event Planning and Management Courses – Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage marketing events and advertising campaigns.
• Assist in event planning activities aligned with budget objectives.
• Coordinate and manage sponsorship applications from organizations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative Acts in Malaysia for marketing events.
