Job summary
A leading technology company in Malaysia seeks a candidate capable of providing technical support for water quality monitoring instruments. The role involves troubleshooting, field service, and on-site calibration jobs, requiring collaboration with both internal teams and external customers. Candidates will also be responsible for generating calibration reports and may take on additional duties as assigned. Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in the required tasks.

- Responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to water quality monitoring instruments.
- Close collaboration with internal teams and external customers to ensure the efficient functioning of the instruments.
- Responsible for on-site calibration service job and prepare reports for the calibration job.
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.
