We are seeking a high-caliber professional for the role of Vice President - Custody Operations - Asset Servicing (Hybrid) (Internal Title: Asset Servicing Senior Mgr - C13) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Asset Servicing Senior Manager leads teams and manages departmental results, integrating industry expertise within a defined area, and contributing to operational standards. This role requires understanding of how different areas work together and aligning with the overall function’s objectives. It involves managing volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery, as well as planning, budgeting, and policy formulation. Responsibilities include team management, performance evaluation, hiring, and budget approval.

• Manage reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action claims.
• Handle communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Action events.
• Oversee technology and non-technology projects, financial and business initiatives.
• Build relationships across organization levels.
• Monitor project status and communicate risks and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and senior management presentations.
• Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
• Work on Malaysia public holidays and extended hours if needed.
• Manage stakeholder and client communications.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in at least one area of Asset Servicing.
• Senior-level experience in related roles.
• People management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
