Overview

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing resources and information, scheduling deadlines, and assisting in meeting plans and project activities for the project team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and monitoring project orders, project plans, project schedules and work hours for each account.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to its specific frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Assessing project risks/issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Developing project strategies and determining project improvements and/or changes.
  • Support and coordinate projects from beginning to end.
  • Work with team members to meet KPI and deliveries on an assigned deadline.
  • Is up to date on all aspects of a project and work assignments in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with clients, other teams and resources regarding project schedule and materials availability.
  • Organizing project deadlines and ensuring they are met.
  • Maintain a reliable freelancer pool by understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and expertise and monitoring their performance.
  • Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking other project tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills (particularly in English)
  • Ability to accomplish tasks under intense time constraints
  • Able to build, maintain and nurture relationships with client and project managers.
  • Strong communication skills are required to assist in fulfilling delivery deadlines.
  • Pragmatic approach in order to solve problems to ensure that deliverables quality, cost and timing are met or above standards and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, including customer-specific requirements for each project.
  • Adaptability to a wide range of projects, including different genres, languages, or client requirements
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting on various tasks as required
