A global tech company is seeking a Global Security Lead in Seremban, Malaysia. This senior role requires overseeing global threat detection and incident response. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in cybersecurity, vendor management skills, and a deep understanding of cloud and data security. This position offers the opportunity to significantly enhance the company's cybersecurity posture. Preferred qualifications include a computer science degree and relevant certifications.
The Global Security Lead is a senior cybersecurity role responsible for overseeing global threat detection, incident response, and escalation management. This position serves as the primary point of contact for managing external Security Operations Center (SOC) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) vendors. Key operational responsibilities include Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Security. Reporting to the Head of IT Cybersecurity & Operations, the Lead is critical to strengthening Nexperia's cyber defense capabilities and ensuring the effective resolution of security incidents.
