This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Executive based in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia. The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth through channel strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, offering excellent customer service, and effectively communicating to promote the company's solutions.
1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, partner management, or related fields; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey ideas effectively.
Solid sales capability with a strong drive to achieve targets and support business growth.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new technologies, solutions, and market needs.
Customer service mindset focused on delivering quality support and maintaining client satisfaction.
Strong planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge or interest in cybersecurity, KasperskyOS, or IT network solutions is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred.
Able to work independently and adapt well in a hybrid work environment.
