Job summary
A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking a Chief Civil & Structural Engineer for a data center project in Johor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will manage all engineering works, ensuring high precision in construction quality. With a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years in civil engineering, particularly in high-tech projects, the role requires strong coordination skills. Proficiency in Mandarin & Malay is essential, with English as an advantage. This position offers the opportunity to lead world-class projects in a vibrant work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of C&S management experience, with 2–3 years in Data Center/High-Tech projects.
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete, structural works, tolerance control, and QA/QC.
- Proficient in Mandarin & Malay; English is an advantage.

📝 Job Summary / 职位概述
此岗位招聘一位资深 土建与结构总工程师，全面负责马来西亚大型 数据中心项目（Data Center） 的土建与结构工程管理。候选人 必须具备数据中心、高科技工厂、或类似关键基础设施（mission‑critical）项目经验。
- Lead and manage all civil & structural engineering works for a hyperscale data center project.
- Review and validate C&S design drawings, specs, and international data center standards.
- Prepare method statements, construction plans, and risk assessments.
- Manage precast concrete, superstructure, piling and foundation works.
- Coordinate closely with M&E teams to align civil works with mission‑critical systems.
- Ensure high‑precision construction quality (tolerance control for DC).
- Lead site inspections, QA/QC checks, NCR rectifications and client/consultant approvals.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and workers in Mandarin & Malay.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil, Structural or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of C&S management experience, with at least 2–3 years in Data Center / High‑Tech / Semiconductor / Mission‑Critical projects (MUST).
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete, structural works, tolerance control and QA/QC.
- Strong coordination ability with M&E disciplines.
- Proficient in Mandarin & Malay; English is an advantage.

Monday – Saturday / 周一至周六：8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
