Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Contract Executive to oversee both pre- and post-contract administration processes for projects. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a developer or consultant background. The role requires good knowledge in pricing and estimating, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. This position offers an opportunity to manage cost controls effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably with developer or consultant background.
  • Experience with consultancy firms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute pre-contracts and post-contracts administration processes.
  • Liaise with consultants for Bill of Quantities preparation.
  • Ensure accurate measurement for BQ and variation orders.
  • Check and monitor site valuation and payment certificates.
  • Assist in preparation of budget monitoring reports.
