Are you an experienced professional in sales administration looking to advance your career in the dynamic world of property development? Due to expansion, a well‑established property development group with a strong presence within Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to lead and streamline its sales support operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor the sales admin team, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor, prepare and follow up with sales agents, lawyers and purchasers on legal documentation, legal fees for Sales & Purchase Agreements, Mortgage Loans for all projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Credit Control, and Project teams) to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of sales admin‑related tasks.
  • Prepare and consistently submit monthly/weekly reports to management for review.
  • Ensure every file process is within the SOP given.
  • Liaise with bankers, lawyers and agents.
  • Obtain End Financing (EF) Line approval from Financing Institutions and reconcile every month‑end deposit or down‑payment collection.
  • Assist in marketing activities such as promotion package.
  • Ensure compliance with housing development regulations and other relevant legal frameworks.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Sales Administration in Property Industries.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably with exposure in LPPSA loans / Banking loans.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Lagenda, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
