Located in the vibrant heart of TTDI, Kuala Lumpur, PTD Builder Sdn Bhd is looking for a Junior Operation Executive to join our growing team!

What you'll be doing
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices, terms and quality for materials and services required by the business
  • Maintaining and updating the company's supplier database and monitoring supplier performance
  • Coordinating the procurement of materials, equipment and services to support ongoing projects and operations
  • Collaborating with the site operations team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
  • Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Providing administrative support, such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Providing support and coordination for office operations
What we're looking for
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or operations role in construction and interior fit-out sector
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A diploma or bachelor degree in relevant discipline
  • Strong language proficiency; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves occasional import-related communication
