A reputable construction company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying and have strong analytical and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include preparing costing, managing progress claims, and maintaining documentation. Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin is essential, and experience in aluminium glazing works is preferred. This role offers benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, and annual leave.

Qualifications

  • Evaluate supplier/contractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
  • Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Visit sites for meeting and verification.
  • Maintain proper QS documentation and reporting.
