Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO to foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management, communication, and staff coaching.
  • Drive regional sales growth and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Gather market insights, identify business opportunities, and provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: respond to inquiries, provide product information, arrange site visits and demonstrations, and follow up to close deals.
  • Visit project sites to resolve issues and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, business partners, and government bodies to expand the company's network.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as required.
