Job summary
A leading construction materials company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to achieve budgeted sales targets in the Southern region and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry, possess a relevant diploma, and demonstrate excellent customer relationship management skills. Responsibilities include promoting products, managing customer relations, and reporting sales forecasts. This role is based in Johor and requires a proactive and ambitious individual.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials.
- Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or higher in any field.

- Search for new customers in the Southern region.

Organise, execute and implement marketing and sales activities to achieve the budgeted sales target in the Southern region and Singapore.
- Search for new customers and new sales opportunities in the Southern region to achieve sales target.
- Promote the company’s range of products to existing and prospective customers (i.e. developers, architects, local council, JKR, contractors and etc).
- Provide pre-sales consultation, products education, and after sales support services to the customers.
- Maintain excellent long term relationships with customers.
- Monitor and collect payments from customers after products delivery.
- Submit monthly sales call report and sales forecast report to the management.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
- Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials or other relevant industry.
