Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, modifying and revising documents such as manufacturing work instructions, PFMEA and process flow.
• Implement periodical checks of production standard/condition to maintain production stability.
• Implement planning confirmation of production standard/condition to maintain production stability.
• Implement improvement activity to production line to upgrade productivity & safety.
• Responsible person with knowledge about requirements for installing new machine in the factory, including DOE and DOSH; act as a window person for registration and application.
• Manage ducting and piping work of projects involving instalment, relocation, modification or disposal of production line.
• Manage utility‑related work of projects for new building construction, renovation or demolition.
• Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to management to identify yield problems or test new machines/improvements.
