Job description

Responsibilities

• Repair & maintenance of all related facility and equipment in Factory.
• Implement periodical check of production facility to maintain operation stability.
• Implement improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
• Implementing checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production facility.
• Implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintained operation stability.
• Carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
• Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility.
• Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition.
• Assist Process Engineers for all task related to process engineering.
• Involve with new machine setup preparation including IQ, OQ and PQ, documentation, calibration tools and jig preparation.
• Prepare monthly process cabaility study (Cpk) and report to engineers monthly.
