Program Overview

TTM is opening a state‑of‑the‑art, highly automated printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing plant in Penang, Malaysia. Construction began in 2022 and pilot production is slated to start in Q2 2023.

The Management Trainee (MT) Program is designed to fuel the next generation of leaders for the Penang plant. Trainees will rotate across TTM China plants during the first year before completing the program at the Penang plant.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0‑1 years of work experience.
• Majors: Engineering disciplines (EE, ME, CheE, Materials, Computer Engineering, Automation Technology, Business, etc.) or Science disciplines (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics).
• Mandarin speaking skills are required to communicate closely with China counterparts.
