A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics operations. The role includes planning, executing, and controlling distribution services, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice for pharmaceutical products, and managing inventory. Candidates must possess a valid GDL license and be able to communicate effectively in the local language. Hardworking individuals with a healthy body are encouraged to apply.
In charge for inbound and outbound logistics. To plan, execute and control all distribution services including receiving, storing, delivery, handling of returns goods, ensuring on time in delivery.
Responsible for packing, labelling, tracking orders, returning supplies, shipping out orders.
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Manage inventory/supplies to ensure stock accuracy.
Perform physical inventory counts monthly.
Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange pickup of goods.
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery order and agreed quantity has been received.
Ask quotation and comparing rates for shipping cost for courier service company.
Responsible to liaise with procurement/suppliers in coordinating construction site store/stock receiving schedules.
Arranging and assisting in unloading incoming delivery trucks and container.
To ensure the cleanliness of the store and proper and safe functioning of store tools, facilities, and equipment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all goods inside the store.
Planning and organizing better storage layout to optimize storage location.
Ensure compliance of first-in-first-out (FIFO) system to minimize/prevent lost due to expiry.
Responsible to ensure all pharmaceutical products and medical devices are received, handled, stored, and transported in accordance with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Responsible for documentations, including preparing paper works for outbound shipments, and reviewing shipment documents such as BOL, K1 Form, commercial invoices, and packing lists, as well as maintaining the inventory of shipping supplies.
Responsible for stock delivery across the Klang Valley with a valid GDL license, including managing logistics and supply chain routes to hospitals and clinics.
