You will be responsible for preparing tender documents, evaluating tenders, and managing contracts. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of QS experience in a construction setting, with a strong knowledge of cost control and measurement. Proficiency in QS software like Niuace and AutoCAD is essential. This role offers an opportunity to guide junior team members and enhance cost management practices.
The Assistant Manager – Quantity Surveying is responsible for preparing tender documents, evaluating tenders and making recommendations and prepare report for internal approval. Post contract works comprising of handling variation orders and final account. To provides guidance to junior team members and contributes to continuous improvement in cost management practices.
