About the Team

The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the planning framework provided by the Server delivery TPM.

Meticulously manage the on-site server deployment process, proactively drive the resolution of all on-site issues and risks, and furnish accurate timelines, particularly for tasks such as operating system installations.

• Be responsible for the racking, installation, and connection of server hardware, including server hosts, storage devices, network devices, etc.


• Conduct project acceptance together with cross‑functional teams, provide detailed test reports and deployment documents to ensure that the server system can be successfully delivered for use.


• Develop and implement capacity management strategies for server deployments in large‑scale data centers, optimizing resource utilization.


• Apply advanced knowledge of server energy efficiency and scalability best practices within the data center industry, while continuously researching and implementing new technologies and processes to optimize data center performance and minimize environmental impact.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience within the industry.


• Be familiar with server hardware knowledge, including components such as server architecture, CPU, memory, and storage, and be capable of performing server hardware installation and troubleshooting.


• And possess network knowledge, be familiar with the TCP/IP protocol and network topology.


• Demonstrated success in leading server deployment projects and collaborating with diverse, cross‑functional teams.


• Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders.


• Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and advanced data analytic skills.


• Cross‑region deployment experience is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with industry-leading data center providers.


• Experience in complex GPU server deployment is a strong plus.


• Solid understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in data centers.


• Experience in data center design and construction projects.


• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
